Crazy Chef

I don't know what was up with me today... but I just couldn't stop cooking. First I made a roast, with carrots and potatoes, then I went onto beef enchiladas with lots of green chili's, then onto apple sauce, sun tea with rose water and agave nectar, then Big Crumb rubbarb dessert (see recipe below). Oh, and coleslaw to go along the the roast (that's the way Grandma served it). And I just finished up Daughter #1 snickerdoodle cookies for tomorrows picnic.

One thing I've noticed is that I tend to cook a lot on Saturdays and then we eat leftovers on Sundays... that way I'm not cooking all weekend.
